Shipping time

Normal shipping times are between 4-7 working days after order confirmation within India. If the delivery location is remote, it may take time up to 10 days.  If you do not receive your products in that time period please contact us on the customer support email id given below, with your order number.

Shipping and delivery locations

Currently, our products are shipped only with the Maharashtra State due to the restrictions of tax , licensing and regulations. However, we will shortly be expanding Pan India.

Mode of shipping

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier, logistics aggregator partner or  logistics companies or postal services.

Shipping costs

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on delivery location, product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and you will know about this before making payments. If there are any changes in the shipping cost, we will inform you at the time of order confirmation.

Out of stock situations

Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However in case this in not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
